Please DO NOT use this company to build your pool! Its been nothing but a nightmare with my inground pool built in 2021 even with landscaping paid to grade rain away from my pool/property and its 2026 and we are still paying thousands of dollars to fix their mistakes!! Shop around, do not use. We requested a quote for a back yard landscaping plan and had someone come out to see what we wanted and to give us a quote. After we told her our plan she quoted us around $150k for stamped concrete, a gazebo and a little landscaping. She soured when we told her our budget was half of her quote and responded that she could do the landscaping for $60k but that she'd come up with an idea and get back to us. She never did, was unresponsive and ghosted us. We later had the landscaping done for $3k and stamped concrete with an extra pad on another side of the yard for $12k. This company is taking advantage of a ridiculous market and taking advantage of people who don't know better. read more

First I want to say that the office staff in Madison were all very nice people and were great to work with. Unfortunately I can't say the rest of our experience was quite as good. It all started off pretty well, they were responsive to calls and questions and Greg, the owner, spoke with me and came out to try to understand what we wanted early on. The problems started after they began running behind on our relatively large and what I considered expensive project. We could tell they started rushing to complete the work and it started showing toward the end. We were supposed to get a specified amount of mulch in all of the new beds, which never happened despite having them come back out three additional times to add more. It was also clear they had a few workers on their crew who weren't as diligent at planting plants as the rest since at least 20-25% of the plants died within a 6 month period. They did come out to replace the dead plants after about 9 months; unfortunately the gentleman who came out replaced two living trees that were trees we really wanted, with two trees we didn't want, and left some of the dead plants in place. Finally, after a year passed, they came back to replace the remaining dead plants and the two incorrect trees. Two weeks after replacing one of the trees, it was dead again and despite sending text messages to the project manager, I never got a response. After looking at how the plants/trees that died were planted, I wasn't surprised as they were half buried in holes that were too small with mulch pushed up against them to make it look like they were planted correctly. We wound up replacing the trees at our own cost and they seem to be thriving now. Lastly, they added a few new zones to my sprinkler system but when they put the box into the front yard, they pushed it too far down which flattened out the PVC pipes and caused a crack in the pipe by the solenoid, which I didn't find until months later. They did do some things well, but I would not recommend them and will not use them again for future landscape needs. Hence the solid C grade. read more

First the positive: Great design for the house. It was a BIG project and it was very expensive. We were so excited for the finished product that we forced ourselves to push aside questions that bothered us from the start... From a distance looks great. Made a HUGE difference to the appearance of our house. Now the lowdown. never. Ever. would I recommend this outfit. The "blueprint and specifications of the design were specific in many ways... the COST was very fuzzy for what we were actually going to GET and the cost associated with it. It was a sort of "catch all " price w/o specifications. For example the two large urns by the front door... No specifications for the price. What should I expect for the Cost? I found out that what they called a 1 or 3 gallon plant was not always a typical 1 or 3 gallon plant... sometimes there would be what I would call quarts that they called gallons and I paid the gallon price. We specified TOP SOIL... paid a premium for that and got red clay dumped in our planters. The wall and sidewalks were NOT poured according to the blueprints and then "nothing could be done". the Work in many cases was shoddy. We did not know the actual design of the electrical so when half of it quit 6 months later we had a difficult time digging up things to find it... the irrigation was quite simple... and needed to be upgraded considerably. To change / add something was always an ordeal... and the cost for everything they add (at our request) seemed to be the very upper price point ... for example, if I were to ask for something to be added it seemed to be 5X the cost of the very same thing to be removed ... I would be charged $500 to ADD the exact same element that if we said we changed our mind and to remove it.. .would be credited back $100. (but cannot prove because we were not given real itemization as noted earlier) We never really knew when they were coming... Dealing with the foreman was taxing... as much for him as I am sure it was for us. the workmanship on the hardscape...t he mortar is really very very poor... the rocks not adhering and falling off before they even finished the job and by that time we just were happy they were not coming back and thought we would just do it ourselves... The job they did on the sod was some of the worst we have ever seen! They did absolutely NO ground preparation.. .like raking up the pine straw... leveling the ground... removing pinecones or the like. They literally just threw (I watched) the sod on top of the ground. They did not flatten it or roll it out until a couple weeks after the fact after we called and asked multiple times. b y that time it was pretty much too late. The result is that I went out and months later could pull up the sod and had to clean out from underneath myself. By then there were also huge gaps between the sheets of sod where the weeds and stuff we wanted the sod to cover just grew up in the spaces... looking horrible. Why did we pay them so much when we had to go behind and try to amend their shoddy work ourselves. I could go on. I won't. I just want to say the 2 stars is because the designer was great! The design really looks great. But everything else from then on was not and considering their prices... I would not recommend them to anyone. Sorry. read more

Great teamwork! We started with the designer, Micah, who captured my outdoor kitchen vision and made it even better. Next, she introduced me to our project manager, Cooper, who answered his phone anytime I called or texted. The communication made all the difference. There were some delays, but they can't control the weather or concrete shortages! I would also like to give a shout out to Javier, their mason. He is a perfectionist! That means everything is level and beautiful. A little advice when you are installing an outdoor kitchen. Study your manuals before the mason begins and request the manuals be a part of their project meetings. We chose a griddle that was somewhat complicated. Incorporating the manuals ahead of time would have been helpful. Overall, great job, and I have copied their business cards and gladly handed them out to curious neighbors, who are eager to book them for their own projects. Thank you! Olivia read more
