The color is not close to what is was supposed to be because the amount "antique powder" was doubled and then left on it over night in the rain. Basically dyed the entire slab one color. Then once everything was done/dried to where it could be inspected, I was shocked. It has places where the stamps were so uneven that one may be a half inch higher or lower than the one next to it. The joints are not clean and many have chunks missing. After admitting there were issues, they have refused to try and fix it unless I pay for more concrete, rent the stamps, and purchase all the material needed for a second time. I did actually agreed to pay for more concrete and handle the new forms just to get the job done, but they wouldn't or couldn't take care of the stamps and dye. I could not believe he expected me to pay for the all material a second time to fix his mess.

They invoiced for 4000 psi concrete but delivered 3500 psi concrete. Owner low bid to get the job, then complained the whole time, when I held him to his verbal agreements. Did not pack the dirt or use gravel filler for the drive way before pouring the drive. Did not stir the concrete when it was poured. only used 2 runs of rebar in the footers. Was supposed to pour 18" Wide X 14" deep footer, only poured 14" wide footer. Would not recommend, pay for a real professional company, will cost a little more but you will have a better job and less headaches down the road. I doubt that if I have any more issued that they will honor their 1 year warranty. I can send more photos to any one that is interested.

We moved into the house a few years ago and our back patio gave us issues. It would rise and fall with weather shifts, causing our back door to be unusable at times. We also had a drainage issue down our fence line and an existing flower bed that was falling apart. Jonathan explained what would cause the patio to raise and lower, designed a bigger patio, a French drain for the drainage issue, and a new planter to replace the old.
