We went through five different national company programs to try and grow a beautiful lawn. Roots Turf & Ornamental came and spoke with me about our lawn goals. Took various samples around the lawn and began a service that restored our yard in a few months. We were barely more than dirt and weeds when they started in March and by Memorial Day weekend we were out in the lawn barefoot enjoying games and the day in general. We had several issues to contend with; insects and parasites, a neighbor who had an overgrown lawn of weeds waiting to take root in our dust bowl, and an unreliable irrigation system. They helped us solve all these issues and now we can run and play in our beautiful lawn. Please stick with local, regional businesses. They really tend to care more about their clients. They constantly had excuses for why they didn't come out as much as they agreed to. They upcharged me saying they would do turn maintenance (take care of weeds) and they did not. The final straw was that their weed eating damaged my siding. When I called to ask what they were going to do to fix it they never called back. I complained to the BBB; the companies response was that the damage was there prior to me starting with their company. I have pictures to prove that it was not. They clearly do not take responsibility for their actions and provide a subpar product.

We contacted Trey who agreed to care for the lawn for $150 per month. We could not be more pleased with the quality of service Trey and his crew provided. In addition to just mowing the yard they also disposed of the dead fall (a lot of trees in the yard) and edged the walk ways and driveway. Even the neighbors made comments on the quality of service that Trey provided. My wife and I went by the house over the Thanksgiving holiday and noticed that not only was the yard well maintained but even the flower beds had been weeded. We also noticed that the gutters needed cleaning so we contacted Trey about this. for $95 not only would he clean the gutters (this is a story and a half house) but also clean the roof as well. If you need yard work done this is definitely a company to consider. They provide quality and professional service.

They broke the stalks off of multiple potted plants, they trampled my wildflower garden, and they crushed my other flowers. I have spent so much time and effort building my gardens and they've been destroyed. The workers also broke one of my flower pots (and tried to hide it), shattered one of my garden statues, and left dirt all in the pool. They also left trash and roof debris everywhere. I've been finding wrappers, shingles, and nails all over. Not only is that nasty, but I have dogs that run around in the backyard, I can't have nails out there. While I'm happy they are compensating me for what was trashed, I still can't just go get those flowers back. I had grown them from seed and they were just starting to bloom. Very, very disappointed with how careless and unprofessional the workers are.

I called a handful of different companies to provide us a quote on screening in our patio. A couple of them wouldn't call back, and the others would only tell me the materials that they would use and how they would install it. Any sort of customizing outside of what they normally do increased the cost dramatically. When I called Apple Enclosure and explained what we wanted, she told me that the owner would like to schedule an appointment to come out free of charge and look at the project with me so we can discuss all of our options. When Toby arrived, he was very interested in helping us customize the project to achieve what we were looking for. He took the time to explain all of the different options including materials available, different types of screened enclosures and the costs associated with all of them. Once we came up with the idea he told me that he would have a quote to me in the next couple days. The very next morning, he emailed me a detailed quote with everything that we discussed and it was customized to our taste AND cheaper than his competitors! When his crew arrived to start the project, we were surprised at how professional and clean they were. The first day they came in and framed up almost the whole patio and had everything ready to go for the next day when they arrived. The next morning they got right after it and finished it up shortly after lunch. We were very impressed with the professionalism as well as the cleanliness of the install team. They went above and beyond what we expected to make sure that every piece of metal and dust was picked up and swept before they left. The fit, finish and look of their completed work is absolutely astonishing! I'm glad we trusted Toby and his team and will only look to them in the future when needing an enclosure of any type!
