We paid 1/2 the cost of the job 6/23/25 (original bid $2725), and date completed was 7/18/25....and this was not a big job. We have a small strip of backyard, maybe 15'x80' to be leveled with dirt and new sod placed. The workers were unreliable, they did not show up when scheduled and did not communicate until we reached out to them. They were not prepared, they dumped dirt in our backyard in the pouring down rain without tarps to protect from run off. My husband had to work the whole time they were here (and after they left) to cover the dirt with tarps and level off the ground for sod prep. One of the workers ran over our mailbox and didn't even tell my husband. I discovered it when I got home from work, he asked the workers about the mailbox, and the worker stated that he may have backed into it....too much! The extra charge of $1200 evidently was for the "miscalculation" of needed fill dirt. The dirt load they originally brought covered maybe 30% of the yard....I have pictures, that load did not cover much. Total job cost $3925.00.

Nice but not equipped for big jobs. Not sure if this is even a legit business. From what I have…read moreexperienced I was fit's customer. Rents equipment and owns one chainsaw and broke it. Tore up truck to haul debris and no dependable help. Seemed to always have an excuse not to complete the job. I felt bad for them and the good person I am did pay them for what they did to help get them back on track to complete what should have been a two or three day job was a week later and could not finish do to many many excuse. I just let them go and asked for partial refund to pay someone else to remove tree debris left in yard and stump grinding. Stump grinding person never showed up Cameron said he contracted out. Uncut pine. "Camarron" said he would refund me but it's been a week now no communication and no partial refund to date. Do not pay until job totally complete. Another fly by and not honest enough to refund a portion of funds if unable to finish. Asked to see their license and insurance paperwork not just their word and make sure they get a city permit before work starts.
