Tried this car wash because it was close and I wanted more than just an automatic drive through…read morewash. Nice people, but I had a couple issues. I chose the $14.99 wash ($1.50 more for trucks) but was charged $27+. A little frustrating having to work that out when I was clear about the wash I wanted. Once my truck was done (pretty quick, actually), I had to have them go back over it as there were still lots of bugs on the bumper, grill and hood. Two guys spent some time recleaning it but it was still dirty. I went ahead and just left but I had to go back over several areas myself once I got home and I really didn't want to do that. Also, a wet dog smell lingered inside from the cloths they were using. Probably won't be going back to this place.

I went to the one in Chattanooga, Lee Hwy. today. I had to wait in line to pay and go through the…read morewash. I could only see 2 employees on site. Where you pay...that machine was broken so the employee had to go into the office, which delayed me longer. Then this mechanical "arm" to let you enter wouldn't raise up so it was done manually. By this time there 6 cars waiting in line behind me. Went to the area where you can dry your car and vacuum and equipment was broken unable to use. I had to move my car to a different spot. I paid $16 for this car wash I ended up having to dry the car, even though it goes under very strong equipment blowing hard air. I only went there because I was shopping near this location. I don't live near it. But I can guarantee you I will not recommend this car wash nor return. I don't think I got my monies worth.
