I also saw his work close up as my son and daughter in law used him on their build. Kyle and all his staff were wonderful to work with. Jennifer in the office was my first contact and she was awesome. She took me through the process and started my vision and we built from there. I was able to look at all the options run it through her and she help me make decisions on where I wanted to go with the cabinets, countertops, sinks, etc. I got to look at the options for counter tops and explored the lot and was able to get different things in my budget and I was determined to stay on budget. They did my sinks as well. I then got to sit down with Kyle and he put the vision to paper and walked me through where I could see exactly what it was going to look like. I was able to make changes and of course options were available. I wanted a custom vent hood and I provided him a picture and of course he brought it to life. As with all customs time was allowed but I had started my process as early as I could and we stayed on track. I had ALOT of cabinets and when they started to arrive the install staff was excellent as well. They went to work and brought the photos and layouts to life. They paid attention to detail and all was quality products installed. Will was my contact guy on the install and he made sure all t's were crossed and i's dotted on the end. Kyle made sure my gas cook top was a custom fit as well as all other appliances on the sizing. Kyle was on site to check and make sure that the install was to the specifications. He was in every aspect of the product from beginning to the end making sure he delivered a quality product. I was so happy with what he did for us on our build. If you are looking for quality, customer service, and a beautiful product then KYLE NELSON CUSTOM CABINETS is the place to go. There is no place better. The painter he sent paints like a 3rd grader and you're better off doing it yourself. He told me I had black toe kicks before and that's why it was bleeding through after one coat although I have pictures to prove otherwise. He cuts every corner possible. I ordered soft close and got kitchen done with regular hinges and bathrooms done with soft. If you're not absolutely specific he will opt to the cheapest option in order to make more money. He is not worth what I paid for. He also altered design from original contract without my consent and I had to accept or wait months again. I would stay away from KNC if at all possible. Zero stars if that was an option

All the workers were polite and respectful. We are very happy with our windows and sliding doors. We had to turn the heat down in the house because of the increased insulation factor. We used to have to move things like butter and medications away from the table near the kitchen window because the heat from the sun would melt them. Now there is no melting, and the table area is not over heated from sunlight. A very good result. We highly recommend Matt and his company.

That is, after all, what a review is for. To clarify, I contacted you through this app on the 20th, you are correct. However, I called and spoke with someone on the 9th, 11 days before commenting through this app. He asked what I had to move, did it have stairs and where was I moving from and to where and also asked what date I needed you for. I told him the date that I had to be out by was the 30th and I could be flexible as long as it was by the 30th. He informed me that someone would be contacting me back with a price and date at that time. I never heard back anything by phone and even tried calling again with no answer a couple of times. I then posted through this app with the project scheduling on the 20th, four days before your defensive comment back to me, without an apology, I might add. If I could give zero stars for this company I would just on the basis of you not offering an apology for my experience and getting defensive with me when I'm just posting my experience with your company for others to be able to make an informed decision based on reviews. This isn't personal, I don't know you. I just simply did not have a good experience with your company.
