I've seen a few great reviews about Eugene and he definitely did not disappoint. The scheduling was quick and payment through the online portal was efficient. Eugene showed up early already scoping out the property before our arranged time and you can definitely tell he is a professional. He was extremely thorough on top of being knowledgeable. He answered every question I had in detail and you can tell he knows what he is doing. There wasn't an inch that Eugene didn't look at and even though it was just a general inspection, he definitely showed his attention to detail. Thermal imaging and pole-guided video recording of the roofs even on an extremely windy days show that Eugene doesn't believe in just doing the bare minimum and goes the extra mile. Every step of the way, Eugene was always pleasant to talk to, he noted down voice memos of each area we covered to make sure he didn't forget any details. I never felt rushed and truly felt that he had my best interest at hand. Any discrepancies in meeting the code requirements, he would point out to me and explain why this should be. His 39 page report on a new construction home came back in a timely manner and showed detailed notes in addition to numerous photos taken of the house and recommendations for improvements. Any critical areas for concerns were noted in red and at the very last page of the report. The prices were very reasonable and should I purchase another property in the future, I am definitely hiring Eugene again!
