Just to name a few issues out of many. From day one, we took pictures and notified the company. They said they would take care of it. Weeks would go by with radio silence. It is like pulling teeth to get anything accomplished. It took 6 months to get the stove replaced, after it had been removed with no replacement in sight for 3 weeks. Only been here for 6 months. The ceiling caved in, black mold everywhere. Took forever to get that taken care of. Everytime we called when we were lucky enough to get an answer, we were given the run around. The staff is incredibly condescending when these issues should have been fixed prior to us moving in like they promised. The repair men they hired continuously missed appointments and when they did show up, it was 5 hours late and they couldn't do much after dark. The newest repairman bailed three separate times, despite us working hard to accommodate their schedule and missing work to make it here. The guy shows up, reeking of booze and very rude. Leaves the breaker box off and not telling us like it's our fault. I know desperate times call for desperate measures but don't be like me and settle for this actual roach infested slum. Theyre nice to your face, promise to help because they care about you, but something always comes up and "there's nothing" they can do.
