She told me at the first meeting that she would not prescribe any medications to help and that her method includes Cognitive Behavior Therapy and a bunch of common sense. She encouraged me to keep a sleep journal and I slowly became aware of my sleep patterns. I also was able to effectively use a few of the "tools" that she taught me. As a result of seeing her I am sleeping better. More importantly, after working with her I am better prepared for the occasional night where I am not sleeping better. Poor communication. The doctor uses a tool to look down your nostrils and not once tell you it will…read morebe billed as a surgery to your insurance. Not once give you a price and then when you call billing they only say you signed a form electronically to have it done. Then tell you the price isn't put on the form or how it's billed, because they don't know what the insurance going to pay. First off when you're doing a procedure you should already know what you're charging for it and you know if it considered a surgery or not with the insurance. Instead of informing your patients of what they may possibly owe you just say F the patient. ENT South don't care about their patients they only care about how much money they can get from them or the insurance company. How in the world you don't have a set price to give and I'm sure this has happened plenty of times. So you should at least put it in consideration and let your patient know that if the insurance don't cover whatever price we decide to give you will owe us over $500 and then let them decide. You can also let them know for you to use that tool it will be considered surgical to your insurance. You're just as bad as the insurance companies. All you want is a dollar. I hope you're feeling really good about yourself knowingly you're putting so many families in a financial burden all because you don't want to communicate with them concerning a procedure that you know 9 times out of 10 the insurance will not cover.
