The owners of Muzzie's, Susan and Mike, are a great couple who genuinely care about their pristine antique jewelry finds as well as their customers. They truly seem to be in the business to make good people happy. And that's exactly what they did with us. All of the selling stats of my ring turned out accurate after having an appraisal completed. I love it more than any other piece of jewelry I've ever seen. And it actually is older than we originally anticipated-- diamond hand-carved in Europe circa 1880's (Old Miner's cut). You MUST stop in downtown Manteo to the charming street of shops, including Muzzie's, if you are in the OBX. Not only did Mike let us try on rings and take them outside (by ourselves) to see how they "sparkle in the sun," but Susan hugged us when we left, almost felt like shopping with family.
