When I went outside to observe the work, I noticed that he was not preparing the surface prior to painting but simply applying the paint over the dirty shutters. When questioned, he indicated that he was taking a microfiber cloth and wiping the shutters prior to painting? That was not cleaning the surface at all! I anticipate that we will have to repaint the shutters again in 3-4 years due to his poor quality of work. When I informed the office manager of the dissatisfaction, she did refund 50% of the cost as compensation. I will be reluctant to call them in the future but options seem to be limited in the area.
