Marvin, used a machine for the perfect cut and pointed out the mistakes the other guy made while simultaneously refit the window that was tinted incorrectly. We weren't sure which amount of tint…read morewe wanted so he held up two of them, and when we hesitated, he said, "are we here to install or to shop?" I really should have told him to leave then. He was annoyed at every turn and after he tinted them we didn't like it and had him take it down. That was our choice and had nothing to do with the good job he did installing the tint. He asked if we were going to pay him and we told him of course we would since it wasn't his fault we didn't like it. He charged us $890 which I thought was way too much for two windows. When I their number I just listened to their hold line music. If the person taking my order had taken the time to clarify what I was ordering this never would've happened. If they could rectify this problem on Monday morning, I will take down this review. I don't know any other way to contact this business. I don't normally write negative reviews but I'm so mad that I can't get a hold of anyone. I've called the corporate office and no one picked up. I would welcome a call or communication from them this weekend if possible.
