I'm on a trip with a deadline, got a sprinter full of stuff helping with a move from Oregon to Colorado. I had a slow leak and was 30 miles away from this town, I called Highway tire and they said they'd be able to get me in if I stopped by. I figured it'd be a 2-3 hour delay and a couple hundred bucks before I was back on the road. The fact that they got me back on the road within 20 minutes and $20 is seriously impressive. This is my first experience in Wyoming in it is absolutely my new favorite State. However, they found the screw that caused the leak within 10 minutes and I think I'll be on the road within another 10 according to them - WHICH IS UNREAL. I'm sure the price will be very fair as well, I'll update review if not lol.

I did all the things you're supposed to do before a road trip and still had an issue at 7pm, 30 miles east of Evanston, in 9degree weather. My tire was losing pressure but not quickly. A nice Wyomingite stopped and offered to follow me to Evanston to ensure I got there safely. I got a hotel room, filled my tire, sobbed on the phone to my fiancé, and snuggled my dog. I'm lol be honest, I've always lived in a city so the idea of almost getting stuck in the rural cold was scary. The next morning, my fiancé said "Go to Plains Tires and ask for Wayne, he'll take care of everything". I walk in and a guy at the desk (presumably Wayne) says "I'm guessing you're Kendra...I have instructions not to bother you with questions but just to ask for your keys". I gratefully handed over my keys and then took them back and said "Oh I forgot about my dog! I guess I'll take him for a walk while y'all work". The man said "Is he friendly?" I nodded "Then why don't you just bring him inside?" "Oh, I couldn't ask that of y'all". "Ma'am, it's 11 degrees outside and this is Wyoming...we do what we want here. Bring your dog in to the waiting room and relax". Then he turned on HGTV and went about dealing with my tires. This was about the kindest gesture this man could have offered after the last 14 hours was to give me and my 95lb GSD some space to be safe, warm, and relax.

He literally dropped everything he was doing, moved another car out of the garage that belonged to a local customer "who wasn't in a rush" and proceeded to diagnose and work on our car throughout the day. We were able to hit the road again in the afternoon and made it safely and without any more issues to Florida. Sunday afternoon I had contacted a number of mechanics asking them to contact me as soon as they got my message - I have yet to hear from any of them. Chad was a a lifesaver, and we can't express enough how much we appreciated his help!

I called every towing and repair shop in Evanston and nobody could help me out that night but Bozz got back to me and arranged to pick me up in the morning. Unfortunately, their shop Was booked up and couldn't get me in but they did get me over to the pilot repair shop who did get me in (but that's another 5star review!) so..first, great communication, they called me, texted me with ETA, I communicated with the driver directly so he knew what he was getting into without info getting lost in the shuffle ( I dig that). Second, Eli the driver rolled up and was super cool. Of course nothing goes perfectly like it does on Cascade Heavy Rescue (shout out Casey! We both hate you!!) but Eli, had skills and tools and I learned new stuff and I HELPED (...I think??) anyhow we jumper in the truck which had 7 million miles on it. Eli asked what music I like. I said country and western like a good American then the most country truckin song ever blasted out of the speakers. We talked about politics and religion and how Wyoming sucks to drive across until you find these amazingly beautiful pockets that make it all (most) worth it.
