I was driving from Alabama to Utah and was 70 miles from my destination when my 20ft. cargo trailer blew a tire on I-80. I was towing it behind my 40 foot motorhome. As a widow driving by myself, this was my first solo tire experience. From my first phone call to them to my final exit, I knew I was in excellent, trustworthy hands! Never once did I feel like I was "handling" this on my own or that their recommendations were anything short of exactly what was needed, with nothing added. A road unit was dispatched within 10 minutes of my call for help. That gentleman was able to put on my spare tire quickly, despite the dangerous location, in order for me to drive to their location at the Pilot/Flying J. Their bays were plenty big and easy to pull my entire rig in. There had been damage to the other tire and the shredded tire wiring was pretty much entangled underneath the trailer. So, there was significant amount of "clean up" as well as the two new tires needed. Their work was clean, thorough, reasonable, honest, and complete. Their kindness extended to offering me every discount they could, desiring to help just an everyday person trying to make their way moving states. Often feeling quite alone, I never had that feeling when in their capable care. They had me back on the road again, within 60 minutes, and with no concerns there would be any other problems or damage from the incident. WELL DONE! As a customer with some mechanical ability and as an owner of a small mechanical shop I truly appreciate that he was able to source the part but didn't just load the parts cannon before confirming the problem. That right there is the sign of a GOTDANG PROFESSIONAL!!! They managed to get me right in and get the diagnostic done, part ordered and delivery arranged and work done in one day. I broke down in my Skoolie in BFE late in the evening, I managed…read moreto limp it into a different part of BFE that had a great Chevron (with delicious coffee and sausage empanadas!) I called every towing and repair shop in Evanston and nobody could help me out that night but Bozz got back to me and arranged to pick me up in the morning. Unfortunately, their shop Was booked up and couldn't get me in but they did get me over to the pilot repair shop who did get me in (but that's another 5star review!) so..first, great communication, they called me, texted me with ETA, I communicated with the driver directly so he knew what he was getting into without info getting lost in the shuffle ( I dig that). Second, Eli the driver rolled up and was super cool. Of course nothing goes perfectly like it does on Cascade Heavy Rescue (shout out Casey! We both hate you!!) but Eli, had skills and tools and I learned new stuff and I HELPED (...I think??) anyhow we jumper in the truck which had 7 million miles on it. Eli asked what music I like. I said country and western like a good American then the most country truckin song ever blasted out of the speakers. We talked about politics and religion and how Wyoming sucks to drive across until you find these amazingly beautiful pockets that make it all (most) worth it. And of course how frikin awesome pro Demo Derby is. Anyhow. ELI...AWESOME!!!!, BOZZ TOWING...AWSOME!!!! CHEVRON somewhere near Keemer with the empanadas ALSO AWESOME! They also did me real right on the price. 11/10 would recommend! Hey Boss- the Goldrush Nationals 5 day demo derby takes place end of October in Rapid City SD. How's about ya bring the fellas over for a little battle?!?!

We were referred to Brian from Freeway Tire after they responded to our roadside assistance call…read more Unfortunately, the blowout damaged our exhaust pipe as well, making it unsafe for us to get back on the road. Fortunately we were referred to Billy. He got us right in and not only did he custom rebuild the broken parts of our exhaust system, he also made something to secure our mud flap. The original mechanism had snapped off. He had us in and out and charged us such a reasonable amount. Such great customer service and very talented mechanic. Such an immense help to our stranded family. No need to look around. He's the best.
