The discrepancies between the Arizona law which governs their business and THEIR own processes is very different. Your vehicle has a title, but if that title is not in the hands of their company they don't recognize it as legit. Basically they steal your property by using legal loopholes and take advantage of the client. Horrible experience! Horrible management! Horrible inconveniences in business practices. Super professional in how he handled the job itself. That said, the tire he brought wasn't the correct size for my vehicle. It helped me get back home, but now I have to buy a whole new set of tires because of it. I was also charged $430 for one tire to be mounted, which feels steep -- especially considering it wasn't even the right size. From what I understand, there may have been some miscommunication between Benny Jr and his dad Benny Sr who handles the scheduling. I don't think it was malicious, just disorganized. All in all, I'm grateful for the help when I really needed it -- but I ended up paying a high price (literally and figuratively) due to the tire mix-up.
