Arrived 15 mins early for the appointment and the removal of the snow tires, mounting and balancing of the new Forteras was completed in under 30 minutes. The staff really, couldn't have been any nicer and efficient (obviously). thank you. When I arrived next afternoon at 12:30 they were just taking down off the lift. I was billed $1,054.12. I was charged $263.38 for the fuel filter (part). On NAPPA's website, the exact fuel filter is listed at $197.99. I asked the service manager if the fuel filter price was correct. She said yes. About an hour after posting I received a call from the owner. I don't think he had read this review as he never mentioned it. He did, at length, apologize. Stating it was a product of a software package which they pay monthly for. He offered a partial credit back to my credit card. $65.39 just showed up:-) Bottom line, the owner's call made all the difference. They will have my future business.
