They have a waiting room that makes you feel like you are at home. While you wait you can enjoy free soft drinks,coffee,and hot tea which was very nice. On my way out the door the lady at the counter said this patch would last a good while and I may never have to get it repaired which was $150. Well this was not the case. Normally when I would come out in the morning I would have to put a little air in the tire to get me through the day because of the slow leak. After visiting Skid Marks the next morning I came out my car was sitting on the rim. Rather than visiting Skid Marks again I purchases a new rim for the car. To make a long story short(to late HA), visiting skid marks made my situation worse and was a waste of time and money. This may have just a bad experience but I do not think I will be back.

I can send my daughters here knowing they won't be taken advantage of and they'll get the same solid service. It's gotten to be a busy place, meaning it's hard to just drop in for an oil change without an appointment, which is a good sign - places with poor service don't get popular. But, if you have a tire emergency, or some other critical problem, they do their best to help right away.

He was only going to charge the diagnostic fee (an already low $75.00) for fixing all, but I gave him a substantial tip, for which he was very grateful. I will say he was 45 min. late, but he texted twice to keep us posted. I did find that I had a hard time following some of his explanations, but that's mostly because I don't speak car! We drive 30 mins from our house (it takes my hubby more stamina to do that now post cancer). Get there & Steve (?) flippantly says, "Nah..too busy..I can't do it for another 3 days." So we take our time to drive quite a distance there, & to give them business & THAT'S how you treat us? So I called & asked to speak to Steve (manager? owner?). I said, "Listen, let me explain my hubby's situation. It was not right how you handled this. Why didn't you just call him? We would have waited to come." He was not even apologetic to me. Kept repeating "things were out of my control"..and then, after I told him it WAS in his control to call and let us know ahead of time that we could've delayed the visit/work...he hung up on me. That's fine, sir..I will post this, along with all your OTHER negative reviews, far & wide. Oh, and we went to your competitor off Post Office Road..he was not RUDE like you.
