Update: The owner has now responded publicly with claims that are not accurate. No threats were made at any point, and I have the full message history documenting the interaction. The service never began, my dogs were returned immediately, and I requested a refund of the deposit for a service that was not performed. I stand by my review and the documentation I have. This whole situation was stressful and unnecessary.
