They let my son down and all the hard work both him and I were doing for him to graduate. For a assistant principal to tell my son he would be better off in the GED program is horrible. Now we officially lost everything. This was to a kid that had such a low self esteem that he had been in and out of the hospital for sucidal issues and now what he did was pretty much tell him he was no good. I was promised by his special teacher she would never give up on my son, but she did too. She was the only adult he trusted. I guess their moto is when the going gets tough you quit!

The management team is very unprofessional. They brought staff chaos and in house issues into the…read moreclassroom with children present, instead of pulling staff out of the classroom to address these issues. When I addressed this issue with management, they took no accountability and didn't think it was a safety concern to the children. On more then one occasion, a child's safety had been put at risk because of MANAGEMENT'S carelessness. It's sad to see a great daycare with mostly great teachers slowly go downhill because of a bad management team!

Most of the teachers are wonderful, but when it comes to management and dealing with ANY issue, it's either complete chaos or issues are ignored. I was confronted by management several times in a classroom while I was actively working-I was never brought into the office. I even brought matters to the Board of Directors and they did not care about concerns I had. Nothing was ever professionally done. This center has lost so many staff because of the management. Nothing is confidential. Private matters are spoken in the hallway with other colleagues. Think of 25ish women and things spreading like wild fire. This center would have a lot of potential if major things changed with management! They also only care about the numbers of kids and not the actual kids, just that there's money coming in.
