I worked at this center for nearly 18 years. I started when I was 19 years old. Got married, had my 3 babies through out the years, made friends, and absolutely loved my job. Most of the teachers are wonderful, but when it comes to management and dealing with ANY issue, it's either complete chaos or issues are ignored. I was confronted by management several times in a classroom while I was actively working-I was never brought into the office. I even brought matters to the Board of Directors and they did not care about concerns I had. Nothing was ever professionally done. This center has lost so many staff because of the management. Nothing is confidential. Private matters are spoken in the hallway with other colleagues. Think of 25ish women and things spreading like wild fire. This center would have a lot of potential if major things changed with management! They also only care about the numbers of kids and not the actual kids, just that there's money coming in. read more
