The fancy kind with the camera - when I turn my right turn signal on, I see a dashboard screen showing the entire right lane. I was quoted $1,700+ by a competing nearby collision repair shop whose name sounds like a baby food. I was told the mirror was expensive, and the camera had to be programmed which explained the high cost. Took it over to Robert at Collision Experts of Cape Coral thinking there must be a better way. Robert told me the exact mirror I should order - pre-painted in my car's color, brought it up on the website and showed it to me. The mirror was $530.00 online + shipping. Took it to Robert who immediately had the door panel off and new mirror plugged in and ready to go. I'm not going to say how much cheaper it was, but suffice it to say I saved between $800-$1,000. The entire mirror replacement and camera aiming took them 15 minutes total labor time and it works great. I learned they also do standard mechanical work on cars as well. They're my official Cape Coral car ship from now on

He thought that I should try that before we decide on doing actual body repairs since there was no paint damage. I contacted the fellow who does paintless dent removal and he came to my house and did a great job on my truck to the point where I am satisfied with what he could not quite get perfect.
