There was no effort to make it right, only a rigid stance that nothing could be done. From a customer perspective, it felt like my money was taken without any service being provided in return. The focus seemed to be on keeping the payment rather than honoring what was discussed or ensuring the customer actually received what they paid for. I would strongly caution anyone considering a membership here. Be very careful and get everything in writing, because if something goes wrong, you may be left paying for services you never receive and with little support to resolve it.

She asked if it was alright to do a scalp and face massage and I am SO glad I said yes. She checked in with the pressure and her draping, communication, and overall professionalism was top notch. I arrived a little early, so that I could browse their gift shop items. Then, was escorted to a quiet room where I was greeted by my Esthetician, Julie. Honestly, from beginning to end , I have never felt so pampered! This was the hydra facial and I consider it my favorite so far.
