He was very warm and inviting from the moment I arrived. Before my appointment, he took the time to review my intake forms and knew areas of concern and what I was looking for with my massage. We discussed my frequent running and tight legs, and he designed a massage specifically targeting my areas of concern. I left not feeling bruised or sore like other deep tissue massages I've had in the past. The manipulation was firm, but also involving limb movement to get into the fascia more deeply. On my forth visit I was scheduled for 9 am, the first appointment. I was the first one there. I sat in the waiting room for 15 minutes before I was taken to a treatment room. I sat there for 20 minutes and could hear the doctor with another patient in the room next to mine, so I left without being treated. Later I received a bill in the mail for $192.50. I called my insurance provider and found that they were not in my network, which they should have told me at my first visit. This is no way to do business and I will never return.
