There is a quick turnover of Dentists, it almost seems as if every time I go I am seeing a new one. They don't charge extra for anesthetic, and have always been very accommodating. Dental work has never been my favorite, but these workers have been kind and understanding. They have allowed me extra time to make sure the area in my mouth to be worked on is numb. The waiting room is spacious and comfortable. They often have flowers they give away after your procedure. They have screens that you can watch while having the work done. I like how my procedures are always explained to be beforehand. I would recommend anyone to visit and be treated at this location.

Service wise, they're quick, but wish they would consult the parents rather than just do what the kids ask for. Example, I walk back and aww my daughter getting laughing gas for a filling, but that's not covered on my insurance. Kids don't have to pay the bill, ask the parents first. They always have freshly made cookies, which is nice. I send my kids back for more and more.

The dental staff was amazing with my toddler and so welcoming and not forceful or intimidating. They did amazing helping my toddler feel comfortable and were so gentle. Dr. Burt was awesome too and great with kids. He even made an animal balloon out of a glove which my child loved. We will definitely be coming back to this place for all our pediatric dentistry! So friendly, clean, and lots of fun toys. We've never left a dentist with so many prizes and toys before!

When it had to get fixed, after the filling fell apart and her tooth cracked in half, they immediately tried to require full sedation for her. Which would require far more money and 4 months of waiting when she was in pain. We switched to another pediatric dentist and they were able to get the work done within a few days. No sedation required. I will never set foot in Burg's again.

Visiting the dentist have always been a pleasant experience for my kids. They were never scared to see Dr. Johnson; he is very good with kids. Not only him but his staff; you can tell they have worked with so many children and know the right things to say or how to interact to put the kids at ease. My kids have never displayed any kind of fear or anxiety; or not wanting to go to the dentist. They are eager to go and get their teeth cleaned and examined. When you walk into the office, there are paintings on the wall of Safari animals everywhere. The characters are the same as the one shown here in his profile. The setting feels like a safe, fun and clean place. Dr. Johnson also referred us to an amazing orthodontist who basically fixed my daughter's underbite for free! He put in bumpers so that her upper jaw was able to grow out past her lower jaw. That will be another review... I highly recommend Dr. Johnson. He is knowledgable in his field. I went in to talk to them about it and they disputed it with me in their front lobby in front of everyone. Not only that but the lady I spoke with was not knowledgeable and seemed to be more confused than I was. I tried to explain that as with all insurances there is a set cost that both parties have agreed to and that billing the difference after is illegal. She was just as oblivious when I left as when I came in. I will not be coming back.

He had to have three more appointments because he hadn't been taking care of his teeth as he should and I had forgotten to get them cleaned for a year and a half. (Not something we should do) The dentist was gentle and patient. I appreciate that a lot. The waiting room was nicely decorated and clean. They had WONDERFUL chocolate chip cookies out. One thing I noticed and it made me smile....while my grandchild was back there, (he is 17) on each occasion people walked in and not only were they greeted, but greeted by name most of the time.
