I looked at the google reviews. Most are great (may be getting confused with Burg Dentistry which is amazing). It seems when there is an issue, they take no accountability and blame the customer. Since it didn't (and the long weekend, and the X-ray machine didn't work, and the manager had personal issues) that allowed them to slam doors, attempt to argue about pointless things, and refuse management contact information. (Yelp reviews seem more accurate) Story- We did scans and pictures then were told we needed to come back for X-rays because the machine was down. Now, one day taking time off work and school was becoming two, instead of rescheduling us to begin with. My family is busy for the next couple weeks, as I assume many are. This was so unacceptable to the person scheduling that she slammed the door to go checking for options. No options. I asked the receptionist if there was someone I could speak with who makes decisions, like a manager. She starts telling me because of the long weekend... OK, I'm not concerned about excuses but who I need to talk to. She begins telling me my usage of excuses is wrong. OK, I'm not here to argue about what an excuse is but want to speak with someone who makes decisions. Turns out, young kids sometimes don't do very good with fluoride because it makes them nauseas, like they actually absorb it into their system. I wish I would have been warned! I would have just turned it down. It is now nearly 3 hours later and he's still vomiting about every 30 minutes.

Lily has struggled with anxiety around dental visits, and they have always been incredibly patient, kind, and accommodating with her. Over time, they have helped her feel so much more confident and comfortable that she no longer fears going to the dentist. I'm especially grateful for the care Dr. Garner gave Lily when she was around 5 years old and in kindergarten. At that time, he recommended removing eight of her baby teeth to help make room for her adult teeth to come in more naturally. It was a big decision and honestly a scary one for me as her mom, but Dr. Garner took the time to explain his reasoning and helped me feel informed and supported. Looking back, I'm very grateful we trusted his recommendation. Lily's adult teeth came in beautifully and much straighter than I expected.
