The parents should be aware that not…read moreonly is it soon to be sold, but the turnover that "all daycares experience" and "training new teachers" seems to happen nearly on a monthly basis here. I won't name names (the owners know who they are), It's like any other failing company: It begins from the top down. Take a good hard look beyond the facade and a couple positive reviews on this platform. Do you really trust three or four reviews in several years for your child anyway? You may like what you see on the surface but likely because there is a significant lack of decent programs in this area. Older children may not be as affected but the 1-3 age group is undeniably neglected. The "owner" who seems to carry this flag in some altruistic manner is not only rude, but a complete flop. Never present in almost a year we have only met upper management twice. If there was ever an issue to discuss, good luck addressing it. Yes. These facilities are for sale and probably will be sold to a different management group for the same reason they couldn't keep staff there. We quickly began to feel uncomfortable leaving our child here. I care VERY little of a company's "difficulties", especially if it is to keep staff employed. Staffing isn't staffing when it comes to the well being of your child. To them this means employees. To you this means leaving your child with a stranger. If this is in the 1-3 age group who can't speak for themselves I take this very seriously. A stranger to you, and a stranger to your child. This happened all too often. Most of the permanent teachers are decent, who just so happened to call in sick more often than not. Likely because of a lack of resources and poor management. Personally, I don't give a ---- about excuses, Especially when it comes to my children. At this age group, when I leave my child in the care of someone else, I expect them to be taken care of by the same people each and every day, or at least individuals they know so that they (and we) feel safe and comfortable. This is why we're no longer there. It is your child that stays here, not you. We experienced teachers (subs) who not only left us feeling uncomfortable, but were downright reportable. Never under any circumstances should a day care operate in the manner that they have. Particularly worse than that, the management staff (if you can find them) is not capable of managing this. If any staff remains by the time they finish treating everyone like garbage, your child won't see yet another stranger. As a customer you are a number and god willing you will get help that you may seek with the buyout. Good luck to them in the future, though I don't really mean that. If good intentions are what they seek, they wouldn't have neglected their business, especially a business where the well being of our sons and daughters are at stake. A very holier than thou attitude by management and a reason most staff is jumping ship. Customer beware.

It is so hard to leave your baby all day while you head to work, but the teachers in the infant room are so loving to all the babies that it has made it much easier on me. He smiles when he hears them and the other babies and it makes me so happy to know that he is somewhere safe and well cared for all day. They are usually at capacity though, so if you are interested in this daycare, you better get on the list as soon as you find out your pregnant. You won't regret it though. I seriously cannot say enough about how wonderful they are.

Drinks take 15+ min to get as an example. Once we got them, they were good and well prepared. I loved my espresso martini! 7 out of 8 meals at our table were improperly/undercooked. Medium selection came out almost rare, one of our meals came out at least 20 min after the rest and then it also was still undercooked- very pink pork. Once it was returned, it came back and was delicious and still moist. Everyone else lumped it and did not return their portions. Appetizers were good, but the portions seemed very small. Our service was mostly good - barring slowness of delivery- prob not servers fault. I felt like sitting there while everyone else was eating deserved accommodation. They took my meal back and they did fix it, but sitting there for almost half an hour while everyone else is finishing their meals is uncomfortable for the guest and not good. Nothing was even really acknowledged and Our tab was significant. They are packed to the gills right now. Folks waiting in Line to get in. I think there are some things they need to work on and feel like they will aggressively attack their shortcomings once they are recognized. It's a very nice place, but I'm going to give them a little time to work out the kinks before I spend my $$$ there again.

New Braunfels is a small quaint German town that has quite a bit to do. I've spent some time here…read moreand have enjoyed exploring.There's tubing down the Guadalupe river, and check out the Faust bridge above it's a beauty. New Braunfels has Texas's oldest bakery (Naeglin's), their cookies and kolaches are delicious. Make sure to explore downtown New Braunfels there is plenty of street parking and shops to explore. Theres a church in downtown that has beautiful scripture tiles discussing different passages in the Bible. There's a museum of handmade furniture with a lady who does a great job at explaining life during that time. There's also a nearby souvenir cabin. In the nearby town of Gruene, check out their souvenir shop and rhea's icecream for unique flavors. In addition the Gruene Lake Village is close by with a couple of local businesses and restaurants to explore. I recommend the kora kora coffeeshop, naturally cafe etc. The only thing I wouldn't get here is their boba tea it's overpriced and tastes terrible. All in all New Braunfels is a quiet German town with plenty of history, friendly faces and a nice day trip.
