First, he insisted on an on site visit to give me a quote (the other guy didn't). Second, he got started when he said he would (not exactly common in this industry, unfortunalty), and lastly, he had multiple pulse points throughout the job to make sure he was giving me the product I expected. Oh, and the clean up after the work was done beat what I would do for my own yard projects. Scope of work had three jobs; a basic hedge trimming, removal of a broken tree branch, and a massive pruning of a large hedge on the side of my house. Due to its proximity to our garage, shed, privacy fence and house it was obvious it was going to be a difficult job. His estimate was very fair but more than that I was impressed with his confidence, knowledge and professionalism. He assured my wife and I that he had all the skills and necessary equipment needed to complete the job. He addressed all our concerns so we decided to move ahead with the project. We also decided to have a tree in the front yard trimmed a bit. Brandon's Tree Service arrived at hour house on schedule with lots of equipment and a crew of five. They worked together very well as a team and kept in constant communication with each other via headsets as the work was being performed. Brandons removed 2 of my neighbors trees. They removed all the debris from what they did take out…read more Problem is, they left the 2 stumps. One was about 1 1/2 ft. tall and the other was about 2 1/2 ft. tall. They left the stumps because the trees were in a rock bed and the tall stump supposedly had a wire fence grown into it. My neighbor asked me if I could take the stumps down to ground level. I moved the rock (which wasn't much) from around the base of the stumps and pulled the fence away from the other stump. The taller stump did not have any fence growing into it like they said. I removed both stumps with my 16"Stihl chainsaw. The picture file was too large to upload.. Also, they parked their crane on her driveway and broke her new concrete. The only thing they offered her for the broken concrete was to remove the broken pieces for her.
