They were helpful with insurance questions, scheduling, when the doctor would get results, and just making you feel important. That's not common these days. Staff is very rude. I happen to go in on a day where the business was having power outages on and…read moreoff. As i sat down the power came back on. Staff was hollering at me through a window to get my information and as to why I was there. Which personally I don't want to yell across the building my private information and or health concerns. I was told to have a seat. I didn't mind waiting. I know things take time to come back on and up and running and I was ok with that. Another staff member proceeded to ask me what I planned on doing. Morale is I was planning on being patient so that my child could be seen. But with the negative attitudes the staff gave me, I walked out and told the staff that I hope they have a better day. Maybe people should realize things that ate not in anyone control and things you don't have a reason to stress over. Regardless you're still sitting there and being paid. No need to be ugly to a sick patient who is telling you they have time and patience. Maybe the staff needs to have patience. Jeez.
