Dr. Dinger is incredibly knowledgeable, compassionate, and thorough. She takes the time to listen and explain every step, and I always feel like I am treated as if I'm her only patient. That level of personal attention is rare and so deeply appreciated. The entire staff is warm, welcoming, and professional. They go above and beyond to make sure my care is seamless. On several occasions, I've even been able to get a same-day appointment when I needed it most--something that has been a lifesaver. Thanks to Dr. Dinger and her team, I feel healthier, stronger, and able to enjoy daily life again. They have truly given me back my quality of life, and for that I will always be grateful. If you are searching for the very best in allergy and asthma care, look no further--this is the place where you will find not only expert medical treatment but also genuine compassion and support.

I have never had allergy shots before, but recently tried RUSH Immunotherapy. I've had no issues so far and hope to see results within a few months. I highly recommend Dr. Stahl and his team. I visited this clinic for help after experiencing severe allergic reactions. I was hoping for…read moreguidance and clarity. Instead, I was met with skepticism. After my skin test, the nurse practitioner said, "Why don't you tell me what's happening," even though she had already reviewed my test results. After I explained everything in detail, she simply responded, "Your tests are negative," as if that invalidated what I had just experienced. There was no curiosity, just dismissal. She basically said that without proof there's nothing they can do. She recommend an EpiPen and another visit. (She conferred with the doctor. So he knew of my condition. She left the room at least twice to speak with him.) What I needed was a provider who would listen, consider my environment, and treat me with respect. Instead, I left feeling unheard and discredited. She said without proof there's nothing more they could do. Proof? She could have recommended a blood test! I got a second opinion this week, and the new Doctor found my cause. He asked for a blood test, and it was positive. My symptoms, the environment, and the original reason for my worry finally had an answer. Patients deserve to be taken seriously, especially when symptoms involve something as serious as an allergy. If you're looking for an allergist who genuinely listens, I recommend looking elsewhere. The allergist at this location couldn't be bothered to see me, and the practitioner came off as condescending instead of caring. The only positive is a friendly front desk staff. I traveled to this location after reading the reviews. I regret the visit. I'm not from San Antonio.

After having the consult about skin allergies, Dr. Gligoric said she cannot do the allergy test on…read morethe same day as the consultation because " the insurance doesn't like to pay for the consult and the test done same day"... Which I find very suspicious.. So I come in for my skin test today and they only tested me for 75 out of the 96 possible allergens on the sheet! I asked for an allergy shot since I had to go to work afterwards and she said, " Oh you don't want that, it will keep you up at night"... I tested positive for cedar and a slough of other things on the test but I walked out of there with the same old fix that I've been treating myself with, Allegra! She gave me a small box of Allegra, which I've already been taking for skin allergies and scheduled another appointment. When I called back to ask why I wasn't tested for my major and initial allergy concerns, 76-96 on the forms, things like peanuts shrimp milk egg whites, she said the " insurance doesn't like to pay for that test to be done on the same day"... A lot of her practices do NOT make any sense!! She scheduled me to come BACK IN this Saturday so that she can check on this test, which she initially said would be complete and deciphered within 15 minutes. It actually took over an hour and forty five minutes! This place is a complete racket, they schedule pointless repeat visits to milk the insurance companies and patients!! Dr. Gligoric came on the phone to explain why HORSE was considered a "food allergen" and just fed me the same insurance line she gives about everything! She said, " Do you have any other questions because I have 2 patients waiting?" I'm not surprised, I end up waiting almost an hour after my appointment time to be seen, and I was the only one in there this morning. I don't see how Insurance apparently wants to pay for multiple visits for the same uncompleted tests!?!? Doesn't make any sense! On my first day I witnessed the front desk lady writing up a review for an older patient to place onto their office Facebook page. I should have realized what kind of operation they were running when I saw that!! I will not be returning to this place and I will be calling my insurance company to verify these claims! DO NOT COME HERE!! You've been warned...

Eight weeks ago I was in desperate. I had been sick off and on since February. My Doctor had me…read moreon Steroids and a daily nebulizer treatment. Nothing seem to be helping. I had a serious persistent cough that made it difficult to talk much less sing. I'm a voice teacher and Choir director and I need my voice. There were times I could barely walk to the bathroom without having to stop to catch my breath. When I met Dr. Gligoric I was first impressed by her attention to detail and her intense interest in my medical history as well as the symptoms I'd been experiencing. After the necessary testing, She suggested a course of shots that would take less time in the long run but would mean that I spend six hours once a week for six weeks in her office. Although I was a bit suspicious, by the second session I was starting to feel better and my persistent cough was now under control. Currently I have finished the six weeks of shots and now starting my maintenance program. The Cedar count is very high but I'm fine and best of all I'm not coughing!
