I came here for a septum piercing back in February, Nate (or maybe Nick? Sorry) was my piercer. He was very friendly, funny as hell, and made sure I was comfortable and calm. I was super nervous, but he was so quick and easy that I felt little to no pain after. A little over a month out, it looks wonderful, no pain, and very clean. 100% would go again 10/10 Shoutout to the front staff as well for being so cool and friendly. Normally I'd give a place a few visits before I rate a place... Buuuut I think I can bend that rule for the service. First off the young lady was extremely kind and patient in answering my questions. Big plus. Made me a lot less nervous. The studio was clean, and provided a large selection of body jewelry and picture books of their works. Lots of humor, do read everything ;) I was taught how to take care of the addition (not telling what I got done) while it was worked on. And an informational pamphlet was given after the procedure was finished, since I couldn't remember everything I was told :P. I can't say anything about the artists but the management there is absolutely ridiculous. They can't manage a thing. They were booked out pretty far which is fine so I selected a Friday a month later that Friday I had to reschedule because the artist had a graduation that's fine things happen so then I waited a another whole month for the next available day on Friday confirmed it through their business Messaging app. They called me on the Tuesday before the Friday and confirmed with me saying yes I am still coming on Friday then messaged me on their business app and said that my appointment was Tuesday not Friday and that somebody else called me and rescheduled a third time, which never happened. The women there at the front desk needs to find something else that they can actualy do because she sucks at her job and is very rude. If they had tried to give a damn and fix the mistake after them already rescheduling with me and being more polite, I would still go with them but I will find someone else who can manage an appointment. read more

Went in to get 1 ear re-pierced. They were so nice and ended up opening the original hole so I didn't have to get it re-pierced! Very accommodating! Will recommend for sure! read more

I came here on a referral of a friend who has had lots of work done. He told me to as for Rob. I decided to get a lion on my back and was not very specific about much else. I came in and spoke with him about placement and what I wanted. I was not really sure how big or what I wanted it to look like. They took the time and showed me several pictures of actual animals and I finally decided. The shop was clean and the staff was very professional. They took their time and helped me decided on something that was going to be on my body forever. I came back a few weeks later to start it and it took 2 sessions to complete it but I am completely happy with the work and the service that was provided at the establishment. read more

I had wanted a specific tattoo on the inside wrist for a long time. I knew sort of what I wanted but didn't have it exactly right. Finally yesterday decided to go get one. A friend had suggested Z at Southtown tattoo. I could not be happier with her work! She was patient when I asked her to redraw before the actual tattoo and was very professional. Incorrect spelling on my tattoo even after I wrote it down for the person doing my tattoo. We discussed tattoo nightmares while she was getting the stencil ready and how terrible that would be. When she tried to correct the spelling error she made the whole tattoo look like a thick lined homemade mess. Very upset to say the least. Bad experience. read more
