He replaced my very worn out flower beds with rock and a stone wall and suggested moving a tree and additional tree. Chilly Billy on recommendation from our next door neighbor attended site the same day I called, gave me a quote within an hour and were on site the next day with new equipment to install. They even offered me a few portable a/c units in the area that was down to cover the kitchen, office and family room areas while they got everything organized and did the work.
