Not only was Terry, the woman behind the counter, calm, educational, and behind a glass shield that protected me from COVID-- she pulled 17¢ from her own purse so that I could send my loved one the funds they need. The charge for a money order was $1.08. The location was clean. Staff was beyond friendly. Location was accessible. Total process took less than 3 minutes. I highly recommend this place. I cannot speak to their other services but for note they do check cashing, loans, money orders, as well as other money/cash needs. 10/10 recommend.

They messed up my account and we're totally un concerned that it might affect me. Any solution I suggested they blocked. The quality of the telephone line was so bad that I couldn't even understand what the service rep was saying. And she mumbled as if she was talking in her sleep, which perhaps she was. I've had this problem with several branches so I don't think it's just one branch. Today I went to the CU ATM. I usually go to, and it wouldn't allow me to withdraw any money. I looked at my balances, and it said I had zero in my checking, which is absolutely untrue. When I went on the app, it showed me a healthy balance. Same thing with savings. Customer Service was awful. They offered no help except to go to a different ATM and that they hadn't any other reports of a problem so I guess that makes it my problem.
