This went on for every visit so I found a different place for my therapy. According to my insurance I had payed .74 over what I owed them on July 2, well i keep getting a bill for 1.19 text, email, and mail. When I called after the fourth time of trying to talk to someone they said I owed the money and when I asked for a supervisor she said "you want a supervisor on a Friday morning?" i said yes. When she came back to he phone she said the super told her they would take care of my balance. Nice of them since according to my insurance I OWED THEM 0. Will not go back there ever and won't recommend them to anyone.

The deal stipulated that I get a one hour massage, a consultation, and then a return visit for the adjustment. I met with Nelly for the massage and she did a wonderful job. She took time to understand why I was there and really made me feel comfortable when explaining what she was going to do to help address pain. They have a small pool as well. Great for people who are prescribed water therapy. In my conversations with some of the therapist they seem to be able to help people with fibromyalgia.
