Not this time. I woke up one morning in terrible pain after working too hard and getting stressed out and dehydrated, and I couldn't move my entire upper right quadrant (neck/back/shoulder). I spent the next two weeks doing my usually rehydrate, stretch, handfuls of ibuprofen, and a professional massage.... But no dice, the chronic aching and tension never subsided. I was losing sleep and losing patience, so my wife looked up physical therapy near us and found Millennium. Dr. Vicky was my therapist and listened to my entire backlog story on how I ended up this way and what hurt, then started probing and working on the tension, and within 30 min she had my exact problem worked out and proceeded to give me a gradually increasing stretching and strengthening plan. Every member of the staff worked together in a very positive atmosphere of talking and laughing while working with patients and I looked forward to every day of treatment with them. Yet, my wife experienced very good results and had high praise for the professionals. We went to different places. So I couldn't dismiss it. Many places employ people with the required education, training, and experience. What I have learned is that there are only a few places with people who have something else that enable them to get results where others do not. In sports we call them Champions. I have since found a couple Physical Therapy places that distinguish themselves way above others and who have helped me greatly. Prue Physio is one of them. To me their knowledge level is clearly above other places I have been. While I have conditions that will never go away completely, they have helped me get to an easily manageable place with much welcome relief of stress and pain. Let me emphasize, "What a relief". Everyone was nice and helpful. Everything, scheduling, billing, was quick and easy. The quoted price on the phone for visits (~$75/visit) is false and I was charged over $200 per visit-- I continuously asked what my appointments would cost at the time services were rendered and was told "don't worry, we'll work with you". I can tell you that is false- they don't work with you; when I asked to speak to the owner regarding this, the billing person (unfortunately I cannot remember her name-Deanna maybe?)said no. Since I had moved out of town, I couldn't resolve the issue in person. Also, they charge different prices for different body parts? I'm a physical therapist and know that this is NOT standard practice. A therapeutic exercise charge is a therapeutic exercise charge, and insurance reimbursement does not differ depending on body part, so don't let them persuade you otherwise. I'd highly recommend looking elsewhere for care. The lack of professionalism when it comes to the validity of their quoted prices and dealing with the billing representative makes me sad to work in the same field.

I found Jody thru google search because I was looking for someone that just did hand therapy. I came to Jody with very limited range of motion with my wrist, as well as a frozen shoulder. In a few visits, I was making noticeable improvement with my range of motion as well as pain! Jody spends an entire hour with me. She has her very experienced hands on me the entire time.
