Let me start by saying I do not do reviews for reasons to numerous to address, but Core Elite is worthy of an exception. Approximately 8 months ago I came upon Core Elite Wellness Fit Cryo while I was shopping in Solon. Discovering this establishment has been a great "Treasure" that I have had the privilege of stumbling on, in a long time. My first impression was the spirit of Core Elite. I knew this was the real deal. I was greeted by the beautiful Victoria, with her warm and friendly spirit and great smile. Instantly you know that you are valued as a client, it had a caring atmosphere, which is hard to find in todays "in and out," fast pass, wam bam, world of business. . The facility is bright, cheerier, welcoming and impeccably clean! The equipment is state of the art, top of the line. Core Elite is the best Greater Cleveland has to offer as far as other cryo facilities, in my opinion. No comparison. Core Elite is so much more than just cryo, although cryo seems to be its foundation The cryo chamber is exuberating and you are completely encapsulated! So fun. Nothing like it in Cleveland. Another favorite modality is the T-Shock treatment. I have been work with Victoria on areas of concern to me and the results have been amazing! Between the Boa Max, T-Shock and the chamber, I couldn't be more pleased with the outcome! I have found that a series of at least 10-12 treatments, for body work is the most effective. However, there are multiple options to choose from on the menu. I could go on and on as you can tell. This short (LOL) review will not be able to even begin to shine the light on the many health benefits for people of all ages, young athletes to the elderly. Core Elite is an oasis A place where you will leave feeling great! It does not promise miracles, but with patients and commitment the results are amazing and you will not be disappointed! As you can see, it is easy to rate this "Top Notch," client friendly establishment a 5STAR. It is a no brainer. What an amazing experience that my fiance and I had at Core Elite. We walked in the door and were immediately blown away by the high end aesthetics and crystal clean environment that Core Elite offers. Victoria welcomed us personally and immediately offered us coffee and snacks from the refreshment bar. She took the time to walk us through the facility and explained each service one by one. We had quite a few questions and Victoria was so kind to share her knowledge and expertise without the pressure of a sales pitch. It was clear that Victoria prides herself in being a subject matter expert on the treatments and how they can benefit each client. I tried the full body cryotherapy treatment and throughly enjoyed it. I was provided all proper clothing in order to safely enjoy the treatment and Victoria even let me pick my own song(Whitesnake) to play during my three minutes in the chamber! My muscle soreness from the prior week of strength training gradually dissipated in the hours following my time at Core Elite. I have just completed my 12th visit to Core Elite in Solon, Ohio and I must say that this is the best that I have felt in a long time. The cryotherapy sessions have been a Godsend, not only physically but mentally as well. It's hard to believe that a 3 minute session in the cryo chamber results in such a positive outcome. I have a "pep" in my step and am sleeping better than I have in quite a while. The facility is immaculate. The robes, socks, and gloves that are provided are always pristine. Vicktoria is very knowledgeable and answers any questions regarding cryotherapy in a way that put me at ease to embark on this cryo journey. They offer many other services but I'm so satisfied with my progress, I'm sticking with this for the time being. if you have aches and pains, give it a try. So reasonable ($25) for first visit. Victoria was amazing! So knowledgable, kind and very honest in what I would personally need, without feeling I'm being sold into every service. Me and my fiancé felt extremely welcomed by staff and felt comfortable to help our self to the refreshment bar along with being in our robes. The environment is so clean, professional and I just couldn't wait to get my cryo session on! I did the full body cryo and it was amazing, gave me energy and restoration to sore muscles. My husband gave me this gift for Christmas. Although they have many services, I decided to try the cryo chamber first. I am hooked! Started at 2 minutes and now I am up to 3!
