NEW EMERGENCY GLASSES!! So after my glasses coating shattered due to excessive heat in Utah during…read morea business trip, I headed to Eyemart Express in St. George. The people there were phenomenal and got me set up with 2 pairs of new glasses in 2 hrs! It would've been faster, but they had to turn one set from puck into lenses. That took quite a bit of extra time. I needed these prescription glasses to be able to continue travels as I need them for driving. Everybody from the eyecare center, to reception to optometrist, we're all super pleasant and very helpful. It made this stressful situation, a pleasure to get handled!!

The doctor finally came in and I voiced my frustration of having to wait such a long time. He didn't seem very sincere when he apologized with empty words to appease me. I think this is just part of their practice and they think they are so busy and making so much money that they can get away with their disregard for their patients. Well, I'm taking my business elsewhere. StG may be a small town, but there are other ophthalmologists who will be happy to have my business. I'll make sure my primary care physician knows so he can stop referring them to patients.

Nevertheless, I had to pry…read moreinformation from them about the details of how the rechargable batteries in my wife's hearing aids (as rechargable batteries they will need to be replaced). The fee, determined by them, not the manufacturer, was $300. In a follow up contact contact, what I had been told earlier was then directly denied. When I mentioned the name of my initial contact, one person said that they were remote staff and another had no knowledge of anyone having the same name. All my statements, including the first sentence, are true. Evaluate as you see fit.

I was referred to DR. Sutak from a surgeon who had repaired a broken right femur for me even though…read morethis surgeon was from a completely different office, the surgen said DR. Sutak was the best at performing completed knee revisions and he was right. He Has gone out of his way to ensure I am getting the care I need. DR. Sutak and his staff intervened when I was having problems with a PICC line issue whereas my preferred provided was not returning my calls he stepped in and took care of it. My knee has a history of having two revisions and a removal of the knee cap. The second revision was due to an infection which I am not sure ever went away completely . DR. Sutak has has performed where no others would want to deal with my knee, as this time I had another infection and knee was also loose. You can not go wrong with this doctor. Jeff
