The women who run this store are snotty and rude. The woman with the blonde hair and valley girl accent was incredibly rude to my mom who was trying to buy a sticker. My mom paid with cash and the woman goes "... I don't like have any change. Do you seriously like want me to find some for you?" Like yeah, lady, she is paying $5 for a sticker. Find the dang change and do your job. She threw the receipt on the counter and snorted then walked away. The stuff here is bad quality and most of it is over $150. Go to Boot Barn and get REAL things at reasonable prices. Pathetic. Worst store in Park City. read more

I purchased a watch here in October and was told that it contained genuine turquoise inlays. Four days later, my 'genuine turquoise' stones were fading from blue to clear!! I called the store, since I have already returned from my vacation, and was told the owner would get back to me. I received no call and have now left a second message with the store. Buyer beware! Update as of 11/7/13, the store owner is letting me return the item but maintains that it is authentic turquoise. read more

I have an expansive Pendleton Wool collection and I was hoping to add a few choice pieces to my wardrobe. I found a beautiful Pendleton Classic Knit Shaw that I adored. I was interested in purchasing it, but before I could try it on, I was approached by the septuagenarian employee. She instantly treated me like a nuisance and a common street pauper. She smiled and acted as if she was providing customer service, but she relentlessly followed me around as if I had ill intent and a case of the sticky fingers. I nearly left in tears when the elderly store servant scolded me for trying on the Stetson Diamante urban sombrero. I'm a man of culture and taste, but I was treated like an ordinary street tuff. read more

I don't understand how this place is still running when there customer service is terrible. The ladies there were gossiping and were irritated when we ask a simple question! It's your job if you can't be nice then don't be there. Especially if you don't like people of color, I have never been offended like I was here. This is my favorite store on Main Street in Park City. The store carries Native American goods at reasonable/competitive prices. They also carry lots of collectors items and touristy things. They sell Minnetonka moccasins for ages 0-99. I bought a turquoise ring, some kids toys for gifts, and a few postcards. read more

This store is many things: a museum, a wonderful(ly tacky) souvenir store, a gift shop, and a pretty fun time. It has giant moose and buffalo heads mounted, arrowheads and craftworks like pottery and baskets, and even the now tribal-trendy moccasins and leather cross-bags. I purchased an item for my ski trip here that didn't work for me. Once I tried it on (it was a combination neck-warmer / hat that was too tight) I went back to the store to return it the next day, with tags intact. Disappointed to learn that I couldn't return it for a refund, only a store credit. Wish I would have known when making the purchase, as I would have gone to one of the 30 other stores on Main St. that offer a return policy. This place is to be skipped. read more
