I was on the hunt for a knit ski hat to cover my "helmet hair" after skiing and also doubles as my souvenir. A wonderful older lady helped me pick out the right hat. Did I mention the great prices? We stopped by on Friday, December 9th around 3:30pm. The roommate ended up getting a Park City snowflake magnet. We had bought a magnet prior at a grocery store, but we liked this one, so decided to add it to the collection. He also picked up a cute Moose shot glass for his cousin as she collects them. The guy working the store was super sweet. Heard us talking about shot glasses and told us he just got a bunch in. Took out all the different ones to show us. Great customer service! Although I couldn't find my tshirt, I'm glad we found some other souvenirs. If you're looking for something specific, don't be afraid to ask. We wouldn't have found our shot glass otherwise.

Upon squirting it into my coffee I noticed it was dripping differently than other honeys. I looked at the ingredients and it showed clover honey, wild huckleberry juice and pectin. Wow, how disappointing! I thought that the honey was collected from bees collecting the pollen amidst huckleberry bushes or trees. Stop selling this honey since it should be listed as fraudulent. I hope that the food inspector would put a stop to this kind of practice.

We drove all the way back up there and they would not exchange the jacket and told us we needed to contact North Face as they are a Franchise. (Which is not True, North Face does not Franchise) After contacting North Face direct they told us they do not have a store in Park City, Utah. This store is operating under false pretenses. Go to a real North Face store to buy merchandise. Not Here.

This location is at the outlets in Park City and is perfect for buying gifts and souvenirs from Park City. They usually have specials on sweatshirts and tshirts throughout the year and change designs pretty frequently. In the back of the store, they have their sale rack, and sometimes you can find some fun things back there too. They also have a nice selection of stickers, magnets and hats.

They gave us one pair of skis with the bindings not adjusted properly, customer service wanted us to deal with it instead of helping us. And we have to return them ourselves even with the issues. Would have just rented from park city sport right by the mountain if I knew they were going to be so unhelpful. Also after skiing one hill the other pair of boots we had the buckles were loose and we had to go back and have them fix them. Quite literally the worst experience ever. Also park city sport was $20- 40 a day cheaper for rentals.
