My little 90 blessed years , Mother who is having chronic kidney issues sat in their office early for an 1 hour and half. Turned away, I asked her why she could not have called to reschedule or call the referring pcp to receive notes. She looked me dead in the eyes and said I want to go home. You can come back tomorrow. I asked her for my mother's new patient paperwork and left. No way will I ever consider going back. I hope you get exactly what you gave. zero .

"Kidney Care with Heart and Vibes!"…read more From my first call, Barbi at the front desk was an absolute pleasure--warm, funny, and full of good vibes. She and a team member with colorful hair had uplifting music (including country ) playing, and we bonded over our shared playlist more than once! I even joked that if I'm ever feeling down, I should just visit the office to boost my spirit. That's the kind of energy they bring. Dr. Qadri is the real deal--he helped bring my kidney numbers from 41 back into the 90s, and gave me a high five when I officially beat the kidney disease stage . His excitement and care were genuine and appreciated. Shoutout also to the kind young lady who took me to the back--we shared the same faith, and her positive energy and professionalism really stood out. That kind of connection and kindness goes a long way. At 45, I'm usually the youngest patient in the room, but the whole staff made me feel at ease. Professional, compassionate, and full of life--they don't just treat your kidneys; they lift your whole spirit. Thank you, Desert Kidney in Chandler! #DrQadri #BarbiRocks #UpliftingCare #FaithAndHealing #ChandlerHealthcare

I rate Dr Hanna-Moussa as one of my very best--a high-performing, competent, and passionate doctor who is deeply committed to his work. I have been his grateful patient for many years. An example of his patient care is what just happened to me on my vacation to New England, when he rescued me after a Dexcom G7 BGM failed. His quick assistance and willingness to help were amazing. Here's what happened. I had packed one additional G7 for the trip. Because my current G7 got caught on clothing and was ripped off my arm, I inserted my new "spare" G7. That G7 BGM, upon insertion, had an immediate hardware failure- displaying a failed sensor; replace immediately. I had no other G7's with me. This all happened while: I was on vacation 2,800 miles away. There was a 3-hour time zone difference between Arizona and my vacation location on the East Coast. This happened at the worst of times, on a SUNDAY at 6:00 am Arizona time. Panic definitely set in. I started calling everyone. Most responses were "We are closed; call back during regular business hours, Monday through Friday." I had no other G7's with me, and Dr. Moussa's quick, remote assistance showed his genuine dedication to patient support, especially during emergencies. This level of support is truly above and beyond what most medical professionals would do, and it makes me feel deeply grateful. I want to recognize his unwavering dedication, medical wisdom, and personalized approach, and reassure potential patients of his expertise and compassionate care. Sue Wilson His office staff is just as committed to their patients and their roles, and their kindness adds to the sense of trust and reassurance I feel.

I want to recognize someone that was extraordinary and went out of his way to help me. I will NEVER forget Mike Kenney-in security! I had just found out my father was having emergency surgery. I raced to the hospital. My dad was waiting in a room at the er. He was going to Pre Op. Mr. Kenney hustled me back to the room-and I was sad to see the bed was gone. He had been taken to pre op. Mr. Kenney could tell I was upset bc I didn't get to see my elderly dad before he went to emergency surgery. He quickly advised me the fastest way to see him. I know this doesn't seem like a lot-but I am forever grateful bc I got to spend time with him right before surgery. I was also there to support my mom who was very worried. If it weren't for Mike-I wouldn't have been there for my mom or got to hug my dad. I am forever grateful. He didn't have to go out of his way to help me. I saw the amazing Mike several days to follow. He is excellent at his job and truly cares about patients and their family! MIKE KENNEY-you deserve a million stars! I am forever grateful! Thank you for going above and beyond! Thank you for caring!

I see you only have two stars and I want to correct those people who have done that. I recently had a real life threatening scare and I was very sick and almost didn't make it. from May 3 until near the end of May I was on a ventilator because I didn't follow the directions of my doctor before surgery. These people saved my life and I want them to be recognized as being one of the best full care hospitals around. I have been treated so well and so nice by the staff. Give praise to Dr Wong and also to August. Very good doctors. And I don't care what anybody says the food here is excellent and also give a shout out to Heather on the second floor and to Tristan who have all helped me in my recovery. Please keep up the good work. You guys are terrific and I promise next time I go to the emergency room I will follow directions; just do as they say they are there to help you. Thanks again Honor Health. Eric Teahan.
