The biggest issue was the lack of attention to my care. I was referred to this office for a specific medical concern, yet the recommended testing was not handled properly. One test was not performed as expected, and another specimen had to be rejected by the lab because the wrong collection tube was used. As a result, I had to schedule a second appointment to repeat testing. At my follow-up visit, Lisa O'Neal seemed unaware of why I was there and had not reviewed my situation beforehand. When I asked questions about the testing, I was told they don't test for certain strains, which was confusing given the reason for my referral and the specialty of the practice. Instead of taking the time to explain the reasoning or address my concerns, I felt like my questions were treated as an inconvenience. To make matters worse, when discussing the repeat test that had to be redone because of the office's error, I was asked in a dismissive tone whether I even wanted to retest, as though it didn't matter either way.
