She responded very quickly to my initial inquiry and during the booking process, Monica was always friendly and responsive in answering questions. The driver showed up exactly on time and he was also incredibly kind and patient with our long drive/event. We had a few adjustments that needed to be made to our route last minute and there was zero issue in accommodating them. Monica even was so kind to decorate the bus for the birthday passenger!
