I've been trying to contact this company for 2 days & have had no response. Is this company out of business?

We hired Hotshots to drive around a party of 22 people for a small wedding in San Diego, from hotel to courthouse x2 and then to a restaurant for dinner. The party bus we rented was gorgeous and in great condition. Our driver Jonathan was incredibly kind and personable and taught us how to hook up bluetooth to ensure we had good music playing. Had an epic time with Hot Shots. We booked the 35 person party bus and the Mercedes sprinter 6 months in advance for my wedding. Donna was our point of contact. She was great to work with. Our bus came stocked with ice, water bottles, and red cups. Alcohol or other beverages is provided by you. Melissa was our driver totally fun, personable, and easy going. Same as our driver for the sprinter, but forgot his name. Anyway highly recommend they were on time, easy to work with, and very fair on the prices. Thanks for taking great care of us... What a great experience! I can't say enough wonderful things about Hotshots. I called about seven different party buses to get quotes and learn what they offered. Hotshots was a slam dunk. Besides having very fair rates, Donna was why I booked here. She was so patient, helpful and FUN to work with while planning my friends 55th birthday wine tour in Temecula. No other party bus offered a full experience, including lunch! They even pre-decorated the birthday decorations before pick-up. Every response was "of course". It was so easy and stress free for me. Our driver was Canyon, he was also GREAT! 13 drunk ladies dancing the whole way... He was fun, sweet, patient and took group pictures of our group at each stop. Donna and Canyon are amazing. I absolutely recommend hot shots limo to rent your party bus. They definitely have the best price in town and the customer service was amazing. I was in constant contact with a lady from the company who answered all of my questions. And booking it was an absolute breeze. Bottles of water and ice and cups are included and they even put some plastic champagne flutes in the limo as I requested. Our driver was Jonathan and he was a very nice man. At 1 point we even tried to help clean up the limo as water had leaked from one of the ice chests and he said absolutely not this is my job. That was fantastic. My only issue was when going to the 1st winery he did get a little bit confused as where to go and winded up on some back roads by some homes. And the road was very narrow and we could not even turn around so that added some time. and then going to the 2nd winery he took back streets as well and did not get on the freeway so instead of being 18 minutes away it took us over 30 minutes to get there. So I did ask to have 15 minutes added to my rental. He did accommodate for that so that's why I'm still giving 5 stars. I would definitely use them again for my party bus needs. Rented a party bus for a bachelor party and Hotshots was fantastic. The communication was unparalleled - super professional, quick to respond. I provided an itinerary beforehand for a self guided brewery tour for 10 guys. It came out to $149/hour, which is one of the more affordable options in the area. The bus arrived on time and the driver (Melissa) was awesome. She was so friendly and vibed well with the group considering it was a bachelor party. She was a safe, smooth driver and ensured we arrived to all of our destinations on time. The bus was clean and had Bluetooth with amazing speakers and lights. Forever grateful to HotShots for saving my birthday! 4 days before my birthday party, the tour bus I had previously reserved cancelled on me. I was traveling out of the country and scrambling last minute to get a replacement. Plus, it was Coachella weekend so most places were totally out of buses. I called Hotshots and although they were also out of buses, they personally called one of their sister companies and were able to get me an even bigger bus at an even better rate. They did all the work and the service was great, throughout the whole process--from the scheduling to the bus driver. I would highly recommend hiring them if you are looking for a party bus. OMG! I was super set on just a regular stretch limo for my daughters surprise 15th birthday. I was referred to Hot Shots by a friend and because it was so last minute and might have something since it was earlier in the day. Everyone was wanting to charge me crazy rates because it was last minute, but Hot Shots was a super good price for what you get. It wasn't a stretch limo like I wanted, it was FREAKIN' WAY WAY better and the teenage kids enjoyed it so much more! Inside the limo it had a 50-60 inch TV you can stream via Apple TV, WiFi, laser lights, a cooler, awesome stereo system, ultra super roomy and just gorgeous interior. I asked my daughter and her friends after her party which they would have liked between the stretch limo or the bus and they all yelled the bus. It truly was a WAY better choice because they had rom to move around, hang out and dance. Paul, our driver, facilitated unexpected changes to our itinerary and was EXTREMELY accommodating! My wife and I got married Thursday October 6th, 2022. We chose to rent a party bus that fit up to 25 people for our wedding party and their significant others and it was easily one of the best decisions we made. Because we had a micro wedding so we had a total 3 stops and it was well worth it. Canyon was our driver and he was very polite, easy going, and very understanding. There was plenty of space so everyone was very comfortable. Air conditioning and Bluetooth were on point and huge wins for that day. Don't book with Hot Shots. I tried booking with them through Groupon for my daughter's birthday. The owner refused to honor the Groupon price without charging an additional $160 for fuel. (Due to the fact I am located in North County) Unfortunately for the owner, I read the fine print and an additional "25 mile radius" fuel charge he claimed is not listed for the party bus I inquired about..He hung up on me once I mentioned that (though the owner claims he did so because I cursed through the phone.. I also spoke to Groupon customer service who also read the fine print and informed me that the merchant must honor the groupon. If my reservation was for a group of adults I'd push the issue and demand the owner honor the Groupon. But given the situation and after speaking to the sketchy, unprofessional owner, I don't feel comfortable for a group of minors to be put on a bus through this company. If you're booking for adults they're having a double sale right now through Groupon and the owner is required to honor it... *****I said "this is bullshit" to the owner, not an employee) lol Luckily I didn't purchase the groupon, I was calling to ensure they were available the day we needed before purchasing the groupon. Hotshots is the best! I needed a 20 person limo bus on pretty short notice and they were super helpful, flexible, and made the night so smooth. I called with some schedule changes about two weeks before and they were able to accomodate! Jonathan was a fantastic driver, so nice, and again was able to be flexible with the stops. I booked my reservation with Donna & she was so incredibly pleasant to speak with over the phone everything felt authentic- I knew this was the company to go with. Melissa was our driver & I honestly cannot even put into words how incredible of an employee/human being she is. I can say in all honesty, that my husbands surprise party would not have been as successful and amazing as it was it it wasn't for her. I used Hotshots last night for my sons birthday. From the first time calling and speaking to Paul, I knew we made the right decision. Our driver, Melissa, was the best! She showed up on time, helped us figure out where to go and planned stops for restroom breaks, as well as stretch breaks. She has a hidden spot she took us too which allowed us parents to get off the bus but still be present while the kids stayed on and danced and ate. Unfortunately our experience with hot shots was far from satisfactory. As a person in the service industry the attitude and service from our driver Canyon was unacceptable. When we addressed the issues with the company, the only consolation they offered us was a discount of removing the drivers tip. I work with transportation services every weekend for my job and unfortunately I won't be recommending hot shots to any of my clients or friends. read more

This company was AMAZING from the first email until the drop off. Six parents got together to plan a fun Halloween for our kids during COVID. We wanted to do something fun and different since trick-or-treating was out. They answered every email as we planned, had iced down bottled waters for us, showed us how to hook up to the Bluetooth radio and went above and beyond on the customer service.
