He noted there wasn't any termite activity, but did offer me some options for monitoring programs which I was interested in. While doing his extremely thorough inspection under the house, he noted that I had an issue with black mold in the far corner which the home inspector had missed prior to my buying the house. He said they didn't handle it, but took many pictures of it for me. I subsequently called out a mold removal company who confirmed his findings, so I had to get that treated. Black mold is a very serious issue, so I greatly appreciated his pointing this out so I could have it remedied. I haven't decided on the termite monitoring program yet as the cost of the mold removal was considerable, but if I ever have a pest issue you can bet your bottom dollar I will be going with Rottler! Kudos to Matt and Rottler for being a company far better that exceeded all of my expectations, in both professionalism and thoroughness. It's nice to know there are still companies like this out there.

They came and spent 5 minutes and removed the baby opossum. Then proceeded to charge our credit card $250. We will be looking for a new pest control service that is upfront and honest about their fees.

Unfortunately the pleasure bit the dust once one raccoon turned into five. The final straw was when one of the little dumpster panda's scaled a drain pipe and ripped into my attic for warmth. Critter Control has been trapping them for about a week now. It's so bad at my place that they've had to put in another trap and they are pulling critters out of the yard two at a time. Prior to starting the trapping they did a complete inspection of my property and noted where they needed to address access points. They also created a list of suggested repairs which they could perform once the trapping was completed to help minimize future intrusions. Needless to say attic access is number one on the list. They have been super communicative throughout, and are very professional. Pricing is reasonable, and I just can't say enough how much I appreciate these guys and the job they are doing.

They did come back and pick up the tree, but the workers were rude like we upset them for saying anything. Then he said he would be back later to ground out the stump. They never came back.
