After I had hired them, They said "they don't do that". They don't drill holes, they only put out bait stations and they can't put them in areas that are paved. I had to hire Terminix to drill holes and kill the termites, so now I am paying both companies for their services. It was a lady who answered the phone, did not catch her name. I was calling to ask for a quote. Anyways, she was very abrupt and rude, pretty much sounded like I was bothering her by calling. I've had plenty of customer service jobs and know how one should be over the phone talking to potential customers and this was definitely not the way to be. So, just by that alone I would not do business with them, plus their prices were more than my other quotes.
