We requested help to remove an opossum from our pool. They said they would send someone out but never mentioned any extra fee for us as an existing customer. They came and spent 5 minutes and removed the baby opossum. Then proceeded to charge our credit card $250. We will be looking for a new pest control service that is upfront and honest about their fees. read more

Within the hour, I received a text from Chris, my assigned technician, letting me know he would be at my property on April 10th. I appreciated the quick scheduling and the convenience of communication via text--it made everything clear and easy to track. When Chris arrived, he was prompt, respectful, and extremely professional. He thoroughly inspected the entire property, including all the areas I was concerned about, as well as the house perimeter and our shed. He took his time to evaluate everything and explained what he was seeing along the way. His attention to detail and willingness to listen really stood out. Today, a month later, he's returning for our follow-up visit to ensure everything is under control and to address any ongoing concerns. I paid 330.00 to have moles in my yard killed. They came out walked around and placed three flags and two traps. Only one worm got eaten. They did this three or four times in couple of weeks then left I was supposed to continue having them once a month for 75.00 a day month come out to check on moles. I had concerns that there might be some termite activity on a new house I had just purchased so I called Rottler. The specialist came out to walk through the property and take a look. He noted there wasn't any termite activity, but did offer me some options for monitoring programs which I was interested in. While doing his extremely thorough inspection under the house, he noted that I had an issue with black mold in the far corner which the home inspector had missed prior to my buying the house. He said they didn't handle it, but took many pictures of it for me. I subsequently called out a mold removal company who confirmed his findings, so I had to get that treated. Black mold is a very serious issue, so I greatly appreciated his pointing this out so I could have it remedied. I haven't decided on the termite monitoring program yet as the cost of the mold removal was considerable, but if I ever have a pest issue you can bet your bottom dollar I will be going with Rottler! Kudos to Matt and Rottler for being a company far better that exceeded all of my expectations, in both professionalism and thoroughness.
