In person, I've been presented with meals that look and taste much better, which made this order especially disappointing. The quality difference was noticeable. The meatloaf itself was very dry and overcooked on the outside, making it tough and crumbly. It lacked flavor and didn't have the comforting, hearty feel that meatloaf should have. The char on the outside overpowered the dish rather than adding anything to it. As a certified food critic, consistency matters. A customer should receive the same quality whether they're dining in or ordering to go. I hope Brick Town Brewery takes this feedback seriously and works toward delivering the same standard of food across all orders.

You see, this middle aged fellow was there with his new girlfriend. But his ex-girlfriend was also there -and likely already had quite a lot to drink. Seems natural. Rejection can lead to lots of drinking. Rejection can lead to fighting as well. Anyway, these two ladies get into it. Their fists start flying. The boyfriend just had to jump in between and separate the two. In one fluid, sweeping motion, ex-girlfriend swiped a longneck beer bottle off a table and smashed it on the back of the guy's head! The movies never show just how much a head bleeds when a glass bottle is smashed on it. I mean this poor guy bled all over the back of his shirt. I'm sure he needed several stitches at the hospital. Reasons for the two star review? The bar is tiny. It's in a crappy area of town. If you're not worried about getting your ass kicked inside you're going to be worried about your car getting jacked outside. And besides, I just bought a huge mug of beer when that guy got the bottle smashed on his head. The cops got there and we had to leave. I think I had only two or three sips out of that mug. Arrgh!

My husband went in and ordered it until to make sure to put extra lettuce in it because most places when you order a taco salad it's all toppings and no lettuce. This was one of the best taco salads I've had he got chicken on top. The chicken was very tasty. But my main complaint before was simply that they did not do Carrie out very well at all, but evidently that's changed which I was very pleased with. Of course this is totally different from what I've ordered in the past still though the service was great. Steve had no problems with it and if you've never been there, it's got a really nice ambience. It's a nice place to go and sit down. Frankly, I'm disabled with multiple sclerosis and the heat kills me. It's nice in there but right now our cars air-conditioning is broken so we're doing bring home and I'm not leaving the house!
