I only venture to leave reviews on Yelp if I am blown away by an establishment. For the short version of my review: If you're looking for someone to build you quality custom furniture for cheap, look no further. I found Raul on Craigslist and asked if he could build me a coffee table, to which he replied immediately. This continued to be the nature of our professional relationship. Raul would text me back right away, give me honest answers, and give me very reasonable prices. After doing quite a bit of furniture shopping, I can tell you that this is rare among other merchants. He finished my coffee table in 24 hours. I was so impressed with the quality and with his timeliness, I came back with another project drawn on paper which he finished with speed as well. This three more times until he built me 5 pieces of furniture. The pieces he built for me have a beautiful weathered, industrial/vintage look and were exactly what I had in mind when I described to him how I wanted them to look. The professionalism and quality of his work would have earned him 5 stars alone. The speed that he works as well as the extremely competitive pricing (all of my pieces were $100-$200) literally forced me to sit down at my computer and write this review. Raul is an artist, no doubt about it. Although he is very skilled at his craft, he humbly takes any suggestions you have and tries to create your vision with his hands.
