The wall brackets were not installed properly and now I've got big gashes in my wall. Apparently they used weak anchor screws for these heavy curtains. To make matters worse I just put my house for sale and we are having open house in 3 days!!! I've gotta scramble to fix thIs in time. Ugh!!! If you still decide to hire these folks make sure watch them like a hawk on the installation and insist in adequate anchors or better yet make sure they are drilling into studs!

They were incredibly reasonable cost wise, definitely experts at their craft, easy to deal with, and very ethical. I had a tiny job (a recent windy night had broken an old bedroom slider window pane, but it was too heavy for me to pull put alone), but they made time for me and treated me with respect.
