The window was behind an entertainment center and it was impossible for anything to cause it to crack. I called, and was told they would order me a new window. Then, I was told that it had come in but that they would wait to install it until they had someone in the area. That's been 7 months ago and they refuse to return my calls. I have called and texted every contact that I have and they have ghosted me. Apparently they are notorious for not providing service after the sale. This is the absolute worst way to do business and I will be reporting them to the Better Business Bureau.

Wal-Mart delivery person knocked 2 holes in the siding, and people said "no one will fix small defects like that, as "they're only in it for the BIG jobs, and don't care about penny-ante service calls after it's done." Well, "they" were wrong. My house is like new again, and I don't have to think about the clumsy delivery kid anymore, when coming home and walking through the front door. And was told it would be about 4 weeks for them to be installed! Surprisingly they were here on 5/1/25. The guys were very nice, hard workers and very accommodating, friendly and courteous, They even worked in the rain, in order to get them in ASAP! . The house looks sooo much better! Also, they hauled away all the broken and non usable materials from the demoed ones! Great job! You guys! Wish I could remember your names! They even made it better! It took about 8 months to get, and that's about how long they told me it would take. They did an amazing job installing it also. I could not be happier with the end result. The measuring and installation crew were very efficient and well practice at what they did. They were both the existing door and set it in the garage so we could reuse it in another part of the house. The covered all the floor surfaces before they started. They swept up several times while doing the installation. So they didn't track anything. They took the extra time to paint the metal brick support installed in 1993 over the door frame to match the rest of the door. Not part of the project but definitely brought the entire entry together. They also respond well to Home bake cookies. we have been looking at steel doors for years. Well, they're more than wooden doors. The quality and strength and durability is so much better. These steel doors cost about 50% more than a high-quality wood door. Each door weighs 125 pounds plus the glass door insert. The one piece metal frame weighs even more. I love the way there is no door knob. Just push.

Chad and his installation crew KJ and King came out on a Thursday and had all the windows pulled out and the new ones put in. They came back on Friday to do some final trim on the outside. They were very professional and did an awesome job for us. I'd highly recommend all of them. Winchoice USA followed through everything that they promised and more.

Was told they would be installed by December 10, 2025…read more Called in early December to get date of installation. was told they needed to call back later. that day. Never received call. Called again one week later still got the run around said they would check and return my call. Finally called back and informed them they had four hours to return my call or I would be posting a complaint to the better business burau. Somebody finally called back and told me the windows weren't there yet and would be delivered by the end of December. They gave me a check for $1000 for my inconvenience. They said I would be called the week of January 8 to scheduled installation. This is one month past the original date of installation. I called on the 8th and was told they weren't off the truck yet and they would definitely call me on the next day, January 9th.to set up installation. I waited until after 3 to hear from them and then tried to call their customer service line. No body answers. This has been an ongoing problem with this company. If I had known I would have gone with a different company. Promised new windows in 10-12 weeks now getting close to 16-17 weeks. Stuck in contract will let you know how long it actually takes. Worried that the warranty won't mean much if this is how customers are treated even before installation.

All the reviews…read moreI've read about their sales pitch is the same rude high pressure your the best customer let me call my best friend in Arkansas.. but what oissed me off was when he dragged a chair and sat down in front of me, holding a tablet with the newest marked down price. Wanting me to call my husband at work to get him to ok the sale. He just sat there and kept say call your husband , and each time I told him no he kept on. I had to get the workers i had there to escort the Goober out. What's the sad part they said $29,000 for 8 windows, and the final price was like $7000. If the jack ass would have told me that to begin with i might have excepted. But trying to bull poop me like that was totally unacceptable
