We first had them install three…read moresliding patio doors, and Derek, our sales rep, was very thorough with the measurements and clearly knew what he was doing. We appreciated being able to order doors that are brown on the outside to match our house trim and white on the inside to match the interior.
The patio doors qualified for a federal energy-efficiency tax credit, which was an added bonus. They all came with screens, and when I accidentally walked through one of them, Joseph, the installer, picked it up, took it back to the shop, repaired it, and returned it at no charge.
After that project went well, we ordered two entry doors -- one for the laundry room side entrance and one for the front door. We were able to provide the exact Sherwin-Williams paint colors we wanted, and the doors were professionally spray-painted with a smooth finish. The outside is green and the inside is white to match our trim.
Joseph did the installation and did an excellent job. We supplied the hardware, including smart locks, and he took the time to read the instructions, install everything correctly, and make sure the locks were working properly. The laundry room door was a little tight after installation, so we called, and they came back within about a week to adjust it. They were also very good about calling ahead to let us know when they would arrive, so communication was excellent.
In terms of value, we felt Window World delivered a strong balance of quality and price. The patio doors were especially competitive compared to other quotes we received, and even though the entry doors were more of an investment, the custom paint, trim work, and professional installation made it feel well worth it.
Overall, we're very happy with the quality of the doors, the installation, and the service from both Derek and Joseph. We would definitely recommend Window World of Little Rock and look forward to using them again for future window upgrades.
