I also appreciate the patient portal where you can make appointments, view your lab results, view your prescriptions, ask questions, etc. On two separate occasions, Dr. Gay needed to refer me to a specialist. Both times he pulled out his phone and called the specialist's office right then. Not only was I floored that he personally made the call, but he also arranged appointments for that day! One of the occasions was more urgent and Dr. Gay and the specialist communicated back and forth several times before I was admitted to the hospital. They didn't treat me like an inconvenience they treated me like a friend and were a joy in a dark moment. I also had my first baby here and when given the choice am choosing to have my second here very soon. It is small and quiet. There are no bells and whistles and pianos.
