Had I known Cobbs was going to be this inconsiderate and unprofessional, I would have never chose them to lay my carpet but I did and had to run outside and ask them to clean up the sloppy fringe left behind. do yourself a favor and hire someone else who can respect their clientele and be professional. next time, it's a NO for me!

We talked to them and told them exactly what we needed and they said, "oh this is bigger than we thought, we will have to reschedule". They rescheduled 2 weeks later. At this point our house has been in disarray for a month already. They emailed with my wife 53 times! They came to the appointment finally and said "oh this is bigger than I thought"...again. Left to supposedly go get more supplies and never came back. We tried to call him...we called the store. Nothing. We're done. They are fired. Utterly horrible experience.

Needed an assessment done on a couple of pipes that, at one point, connected to a water softener…read morethat a previous owner of my house in their infinite wisdom actually put under ground. Of course it failed the first time it flooded; said previous owner just put in a braided pipe to bypass the water softener and just left the whole thing in the ground. After yanking out the entire apparatus (including a still hot electrical outlet) and noting what had been done, I called several plumbers, but Good Guys is the one that actually answered. They came out, gave me their assessment, which was to put in a more permanent solution, and an estimate of what that would cost...which was less than I figured it would be. Two days later, they came back, and had it done quickly and professionally. These guys got the job done, and didn't break the bank doing it. I recommend them highly.
