Since my Mom passed, Dad hadn't kept up with necessary maintenance and cleaning. Dad also had an old dog that was incontinent and also got another dog who, you guessed it, wasn't fully housebroken. Stanley Steemer sent two young men out, Mike and Quartney, who were the most professional, kind, and such hard workers! The air ducts were terribly dirty, as were the furniture and floors. I couldn't tell anything was done to the bathrooms. The main room that had a stain wasn't removed all the way which was unfortunate. We did get a military discount. The service man broke one of my large family glass picture frame which we were given a credit for. The other 2 rooms look great and there was no icky dirt or dark stains around the boarders of the room which is great.
